Wedington at I-540: We are conveniently located at the intersection of Wedington Avenue and N. Salem Road, just one-half mile west of the I-540 Bypass. If you are in Fayetteville, simply head west on North Street/Wedington Avenue. If you are coming from the I-540 bypass, take the Wedington Exit (Exit 64) and turn west (away from downtown Fayetteville). Mertins Eye Care is located in the Arvest Bank Building, next to the Taco Bell on Wedington Ave. Please click the link to the map below or call us with any questions.
